Weekly food parcels — rice, flour, sugar, oil — sourced locally in Jamaica to support farmers and shopkeepers. Distributed through parish welfare officers who know every family by name.

Backpacks, notebooks, uniforms, and shoes — collected each spring at our South Florida drives and shipped via container in midsummer, in time for September.

Pre-positioned tarpaulin, water, and first-aid in coastal parishes. After Hurricane Melissa, we were on the ground within 72 hours with rebuilding kits.
